The Registrar of the High Court of New Zealand at New Plymouth, under the
provisions of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002 and at the request of
South Taranaki District Council will offer for sale by tender the property
situated at 52 and 54 South Road, Manaia.

While there are two separate titles, it is used as a single property with the
dwelling sitting across both titles. The respective titles for the property comprise an estate in Fee Simple, being 169 square metres more or less, having a legal description of Lot 2 Deposited Plan 6378, contained in Record of Title TN157/255, and an estate in Fee Simple, being 179 square metres more or less, having a legal description of Lot 3 Deposited Plan 6378, contained in Record of Title TN157/256 (Taranaki Registry).

Tenders close at 4pm on 1 August 2025.
