Selwyn Metcalfe

I am passionate about Real Estate and dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals. With over 40 years of experience in the industry I have successfully guided and advised countless buyers and sellers through the Real Estate process.

Coming from a family farming background I commenced my real estate journey in 1980 in Hāwera. Following the sale of my business, Metcalfe Real Estate, in 2022 to Scott Roberts I have continued in the role of Consultant and Licensed Agent.

Known for my mentoring and training skills, I combine market knowledge, negotiation skills and a client-centric approach to deliver exceptional results.

In 2005 I was honoured with the Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit in recognition of my service to the community and sport. I am currently a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand and a Justice of the Peace and I currently serve on a number of Local, National, Community and Sporting organisations and committees.
