Simon Bendall

I’m Simon (Si), and I grew up in rural Shropshire, England. After spending 26 years in the UK Police, I moved to New Zealand in 2012. While serving in London, I met my Taranaki-born wife during her overseas experience, and the rest is history.

Since transitioning to real estate, I’ve applied my strong negotiation, communication, and planning skills from my previous career, always guided by principles of integrity and client focus.

My wife, Rowena, who also holds a salesperson's license and works as my executive assistant, provides invaluable support in my role, benefiting both vendors and purchasers alike.

In my spare time, I enjoy motorcycling, cooking, and tackling DIY projects around the home.
